Best barbers in Philly, hands down. Point-Blank period, I've been going to Hass since 2002, never disappointed with service etc. Once again this place has the sharpest barbers in Philly. Hass, B, Bugs, Ced-lo etc. These are top notch 5-star professionals, great with walk-ins, spots as well as small children.
