the lifesaver ... the locksmith tech came out to my house and unlocked the door within 20 minutes I made it to my flight on time thank you very much for the fast service and good customer service very recommend!!

Scammers. You ask for a quote for a lock out & they’ll tell you $80-120 to get you to book them. Once the locksmith comes & unlocks your door, they’ll jack up the price to $349. Locksmiths will claim that the office leaves out the “service fees”. Absolutely ridiculous. Under no circumstances should you book these people. My boyfriend & I are convinced the front office & locksmiths are working together to charge outrageous prices. If you’re going to quote me a price, I expect to pay said price. If there are “fees” then you should include them in the quotes. I’d rather sleep on the sidewalk next time I lock myself out of my apartment than call these locksmiths again.
DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! I phoned on a Friday afternoon and was quoted $19 for the visit and a starting price of $35 for the lock, $65 starting for a dead bolt. I asked if I could schedule a time and they did not tell me this would cost more. The locksmith phoned me an hour before the appointment to say he was at my house, I was obviously not home as I had scheduled a different time. When I arrived, he looked at the lock and told me it was $120. When he wrote the bill, it was $150. As a female, I felt uncomfortable disputing this at 10:30pm outside my home on a 25 degree night as this man had just unlocked the door to my home. I phoned the business for a week to speak to a manager or owner, when he returned my call, he said there was nothing he could do because I had already paid and I should have disputed this in the moment. They lied about the price and refused to do anything about it. I'd highly recommend using a different business.
The company was not hung up on when we spoke to rectify the situation. They never offered to rectify anything and said I shouldn't have accepted the service or agreed to pay the bill.
