Had a groupon lady told me to swipe it over so I could redeem my offer. Then half way thur our couples massage had the owner on the phone saying my groupon was already redeemed. How when it says used today and say my $89 groupon wasn't valid and needed to pay for the visit. So now I'm doubled paid andnthe ladies that gave me and my husband a 50 min couples massage talked louded to each other the entire time. What relaxing massages have we ever had with the person talking at all other then asking are u ok in talking in a whisper. So unprofessional!!! . Wasnt quiet at all not relaxing will never go back. I will stick to the hand and stone place. Employess at cottman foot and spa need a class on professionalism and how to SHUT UP WHEN GIVING SERVICES.

We had an appointment at 5. We didnt get serviced until later. We got in our couples massage room, and its dirty. You can see stains on the walls. Also the rooms are separated by curtains. So there isn't much privacy and you heard everything. The massage was not good. My boyfriend got his massage 10 mins before a masseuse came in and massaged me. I asked if this was a couples massage cause my boyfriend was being massaged right next to me and im just laying there. They said yes she is coming in soon. I have never gotten a couples massage where one person started before the other. We had a Groupon for 50 mins. They did not do our massage for 50 mins. Im not sure why they have high reviews on google. We've been to a lot of massage parlors. This has to be the worst one. We are never coming back. Ever.

The massage was really nice, but I didn't like the smell of the humidity in the place, they had an open hole in the ceiling that makes the place looks not good.

My husband took me for my birthday last year July 2024, it was definitely a peaceful experience. We did the couples thing which was great. When I tell you I felt like she put her feet, knees and elbows in every part of me! We left feeling relaxed, the blood definitely got flowing. I’ve been to top spas this one will ALWAYS GET OUR MONEY! PS ladies I had literally had an embryo transfer just days before this message when she pressed on those pressure points I literally felt the blood circulating inside which is what you need for the embryo to attach. I promise you I found out we were pregnant several days later. This just shows this place is truly zen and will provide the results you’re looking for. So thank you cottman foot spa! Our son is 3mo now 💙
