The guard is really rude .
The staff are nice people ,helpful .,no problem with them at all .
Good doctors !

Waiting time for an early morning visit was very short .
Later in the day it gets to be a pretty good wait unfortunately.

The bathroom was not great ; smelled like urine ,wet floor .
Yuck .

This place is horrible The staff constantly gossips with each other about patients and their other co-workers . The student doctors do not know what they are doing and do not no how to handle people with chronic medical conditions. Many of them should not be treating patients at all . The nurses station in the back is a complete disaster they gossip and don't answer the phones at all. Which leads to people not being able to get their refills or referrals in time. They overbook appointments to capacity. This place needs to be closed down they don't care about the patients they care about billing your insurance specifically medicaid . My poor dear MIL goes here. Student doctors who don't read the charts are unreasonable and do not listen to their patients. The only good thing is that they are not overtly rude, but extremely dismissive. The consistency in care is non-existent. They prescribe medications and campaign for the importance of taking them, and then they take several weeks, as long as a month, to refill them. How does a patient maintain a chronic condition and not take the medication for a month? The wait time to be seen is also abysmal.
