As a first time home buyer, having little knowledge of the process and the real estate world, Phil Cavalcanto made buying my first home such a positive experience! Phil is extremely knowledgeable providing me the tools I needed to make the right decision when purchasing a home. One thing I was very grateful for was not only his guidance but his honesty. He was extremely forthright when I brought up concerns, sincerely having my best interest at heart. His responsiveness at any time of the day and consistent communication put me at ease and I couldn’t recommend him enough!! Thank you Phil! :)

RUN....DO NOT deal with this agency. They actually left me speechless at times with the lack of communication and the amount of lies. I get a sale is a sale, but doing so by screwing over families is DISGUSTING. The agent we worked with, lied about what was happening and due to those lies I am out THOUSANDS of $$ and paying an insane amount to rent back my home I was selling. On top of this I was told other lies and one of them now has me in a 23yr solar panel contract. Favorite part of the whole transaction was when the realtor called me from settlement and made it sound like she was whispering in a corner when she WASN'T even there. We are now dealing with another agent at this agency who could be amazing but I'm so over this place it doesn't even matter. The broker is just as bad with the lies. She had our names wrong the first few times we talked.....said she sent us emails, yet never had our email addresses...and was going off information that was 100% incorrect. I could go on and on and have the proof of everything, if anyone is questioning possibly signing with them. It is not worth your sanity and losing $$$ cause don't worry they cashed the commission check fast and that's all they care about.

These people are unbelievable. The harassment is nonstop. I have been getting this company's letters and postcards in my mailbox for the last 15 years, asking to buy my home. I have contacted the company asking them to take me off of their mailing list. Sounds easy, right. Not a chance, now I receive notices 3 times a week. I would have never associated a big name company like this with the We Buy Houses signs that I see littering the wooden poles throughout the community. I'm beside myself on what I can do to get this to stop. Just this morning, I received yet another one.

Andrea Ronca was an absolute nightmare to deal with. Andrea represented the buyers of my home. After detailing everything they wanted to stay in the house they left out the refrigerator, washer, and dryer. I spent extra time to remove anything that was not on the list only only to get verbally abused in their office during closing.Andrea and her clients were literally yelling at myself and my broker. She had a hard time coming to terms that a contract is in place so emotions can be removed from the transaction. They had the audacity to come to me to ask for me to pay for the appliances that they had no right to.As the seller of the house I wrote her a 13K check for her services. She apparently did not offer to pay for the appliances that her clients obviously wanted, which she did not put in her contract.I would never recommend anyone deal with her for both selling or buying due to her obvious mistakes in legal contracts, her uncontrollable actions when she realizes she made a mistake, and her lack of ability to solve issues when they are presented.

Michele Hill is a consummate professional. She is on time, dependable, and considerate. But most importantly, she leads with her heart and really cares about her clients. She went out of her way to find me a home and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

He picked up on what our tastes were and helped steer us toward properties that matched us well. He was very knowledgable, giving us advice about construction materials, workmanship and other property-related issues. Our experience with Heidi Logan was like non other. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful but most importantly warm and personable. We had placed our condo on the market for sale under two other agents prior to asking Heidi to give it a try. Heidi evaluated the property and explained in depth the things we should consider to get the property ready for sale.
