This is the second time that Jeff and his team has helped me to sell a house. The first time was over 15 years ago. Like a fine wine, he has definitely improved with age. The deal was a very straight forward sale of a single family home in a very desirable neighborhood. It should have been easy. And it began that way. Some unforeseen complications arose. Jeff helped us sell 2 homes in Philly. He and his team are highly experienced and consummate professionals who were responsive and supportive all thoughout the process. Jeff himself is extremely knowledgeable and pragmatic, as well as being very dedicated to his work, and gave us the best advice re: pricing, necessary repairs, staging, etc. There is no question too insignificant or problem too large for him. He helped us navigate skillfully a couple of “hiccups” that inadvertently happen in any sales process. We were pleased with the timing of the sale and the offers we received. I wouldn’t work with any other broker in Philly. He is literally the best.
