Incredibly compassionate Vet and staff. My Melly is not the easiest patient, especially when in pain. Everything has been a great experience, from making an appointment, checking in to having my Melly taken care of. This is the very first place that knew how to handle , hold, and knowledgeable about cats. I am so impressed.. I will tell all my fellow cat lovers about this clinic. I've been taking my cat Penny here since 2021. They ran a smooth clinic all through lockdown, and have always been friendly, effective and efficient. More recently, when Penny had a late-in-the-day health scare, they helped direct me where to take her, which ensured I was able to get her seen ASAP.
