I had such a good experience here. I love that they are open on Sunday’s and when I called the morning of for an appointment they had time available. I had two techs work on my service. A gentleman did the acrylic on my toes, I just forgot to ask his name. Sue did my pedicure and when I tell you I had THE best foot massage that I’ve had in a while I mean it. I think a lot of times shops realize they can charge you an arm and a leg and still give you poor service and you’ll keep coming back for loyalty reasons. Been going there for years now, staff has always been friendly and kind. Never once had a problem, but the other day I was getting a manicure done by YAN and she told me to go wash my hands and i asked “Soap or no Soap” and she says with an attitude “whatever”. She was very unfriendly and rude. Like i said I never had a problem there until that and that makes me not want to go back.
