fantastic service Nyima and her staff gave me a wonderful experience my locs looks and feels great.the hair wash was outstanding my maintenance and style was fast the atmosphere was mellow with old school R&B in the background these ladies are very professional I'll definitely be back this just became my new spot

The owner saved my hair! Literally! She treated my hair, gave it a thorough trim and styled it perfectly to fit the shape of my face. What sets her apart is that she goes the extra mile, gave various suggestions and also placed me on the schedule that will restore my hair back to its original state. Treat yourself!

Nyima & Tiffany was customer friendly and very informative.I decided to get all my damaged hair cut off(1inch), instead of slowly but like having the choice. I've been natural for 11 years but never been to a salon for natural until yesterday. I used a shower cap & a sleep cap (free of charge by Natural Fact Hair Studio) but some of my coils unraveled in the back. I'm not sure if they will last 3-4 weeks but for how much I paid I will push for it. Second day I woke up with a brick red like color on my white pillow case. I haven't added anything to my hair just put the sleep cap on at night. Half of the coils in the back unraveled and a few on the side. Doubt this will...read full review
