Based on the reviews, Broad Street Cleaners is a great neighborhood dry cleaners. They are always so professional and have items done in a timely fashion. If they are not able to do something, they are upfront and let customers know. They are efficient and expedient with their service, with a turn around time that is beyond reasonable. They are accommodating. The friendly staff handles clothing with care. The place exceeded expectations. They fixed an extremely broken zipper for cheap. They got every single stain out of a bridesmaid dress on the same day. The work is outstanding, the employees are friendly, and the prices are reasonable. They also pick up and deliver in center city.
They're always so professional and they have you're items done in a timely fashion. And of they're not able to do something they're upfront and let you know so that you dint water your time and money. And they're efficient and expedient with their service. The turn around time for your service is beyond reasonable and more than expected. They are accommodating and i appreciate this about them. Love this neighborhood cleaners.
I’ve been coming here for years, as I run a vintage business so I’m constantly in need of these services. I’ve never had a bad experience and I just got my pants back that they were taken in for me. I’ve never had a better pant fit me! I cannot recommend getting your pieces tailored and dry cleaned here enough.
This place exceeded my expectations by a mile. I randomly brought in 9 pieces of dress clothes from shirts to pants and they BUSTED that jawn out in two days, everything looks brand new now. Also it didn’t even cost me 40 bucks. This place holds up.
