I had such a great experience at this store! I came in with a specific concern. One of my SkinCeuticals bottles exploded while traveling to Dubai. It was a brand new bottle still in the box. The staff member I met with went above and beyond to help me out. She didn’t brush me off—instead, she took the time to really listen. It’s rare to find that kind of genuine customer care these days, and it truly made all the difference. Thank you again for the outstanding service!

I shop at Bluemercury more often than i'd like to admit, so often that me and the staff are on a first-name basis. I always have the pleasure of experiencing exceptional customer service from Karlyn. Anytime I reach out with an inquiry, Karlyn displays a level of attentiveness and professionalism that truly impresses me. Karlyn always goes above and beyond to ensure that my needs are met. This store is truly a treat!! Every time we come in to the store it is a lovely and luxurious experience. The staff always have the best insight into the latest and greatest products (as well as the tried and true). They carry a wonderful array of stock and you always leave feeling glamorous.
