I shop at Bluemercury more often than i'd like to admit, so often that me and the staff are on a first-name basis. I always have the pleasure of experiencing exceptional customer service from Karlyn. Anytime I reach out with an inquiry, Karlyn displays a level of attentiveness and professionalism that truly impresses me. Karlyn always goes above and beyond to ensure that my needs are met. She has given me amazing recommendations whether its in regards to skincare, haircare, fragrances etc and every time I walk out having purchased what products she introduced me too. This store is truly a treat!! Every time we come in to the store it is a lovely and luxurious experience. The staff always have the best insight into the latest and greatest products (as well as the tried and true). They carry a wonderful array of stock and you always leave feeling glamorous.

Carlyn is a terrific sales person! She helped me find the perfect lipstick, a mascara giftset and an eye shadow I hadn't been able to find anywhere! She always helps me when I visit Philly and is so friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you Carlyn!
