I really love Giovanna and would highly recommend her if you’re looking to get a silk press. It’s not going to be pin-straight like a Dominican blowout, but your hair will stay healthy, which is my biggest priority. I was ready for a big change so they scheduled me for a cut, then color, then finalized cut. Rob cut and styled my hair. He is a junior stylist but did an incredible job. He started by dry cutting my curly hair to take off the length. He was kind and communicative plus we chatted the entire time. Then I went for my color. I think Devon was my colorist’s name. She was lovely and did an amazing job on the color. My goal was to get back to my natural color and she matched it perfectly. Rob finished the color with an incredible shampoo and conditioner then back to the styling chair to wrap up the cut and blow dry.
