The only place to go to get glasses in Philadelphia. Customer service is excellent, and the selection is vast. I had a issue with the lenses on one of my glasses and it took longer than expected to come. Russ took care of me and offered me a free pair of lenses on my next pair of glasses. He came through with his promise with courtesy and professionalism. I am a loyal customer... ?????

Exceptional service! Ordered a JMM frame and had a tight timeline for vacation. They shipped express for free and the frames arrived in a day! Will definitely be buying more frames from them in the future and cannot recommend them enough!

I have been a customer for years, however, living in VA has become quite a challenge. I do not recommend if you do not live in the city because they do not answer the phone nor retrieve messages. My experience has been heartbreaking as I am trying to reach them. Praying I will not have to return to the city for assistance to get lens made for a frame purchased last week.
