Drove over for 1 Hour service. They don't have this service despite it being listed in name in Google search. I pointed this out that 1-hour is in the name of their store. They were very rude and told me to go ask Google

Had an alteration done on my jacket for my sleeves to be brought up. The man specifically told me its $25. He then said for $10 he could bring the sleeves in as well for additional $10. Told him I'd have to come back. Came back, a woman was there instead. She called him, explained to him in a language that I couldn't understand. Then she told me he said that he never said that..

I just had to switch cleaners. They are ripping people off. Last week I paid 1.95 per shirt today they tried to charge me 2.50 per shirt. Every time I go in It's another price. I found a cleaner down the street from them for 1.69. Betty Brite will never get my business again
