Kevin got me back into my house and then installed a new deadbolt and bottom lock. He was extremely professional and polite, straightforward, clear and worked efficiently. He was also very neat. He kept me abreast of his timings and called when he said he would which enabled me to get out of the cold and get coffee. He was respectful of the home. Kevin also listened & took onboard an unrelated concern I had had with the previous lock and the new ones he installed remediated it. I would definitely use this company again… although I hope I won’t need to! :)

Steve was wonderful. He arrived early and was incredibly professional and efficient. I would absolutely recommend this service; within three hours of our first call, we had three new locks and keys.
