Kate was so lovely with the hands I was running late, and Kate was able to accommodate me for the little bit of time that I did have and I appreciated it so much I kept telling her I was in heaven, and she was the angel😭😭 This was my first time here in the experience was so lovely. The front desk host at the time she also was so very sweet. 10 out of 10

I went to the W for a Birthday message everything I could’ve asked for to start my day. Afterwards I was able to go to the roof and enjoy the pool area great for photos you can also order food and drinks.
