When it comes to cleaning my rugs no one does it better. Top notch service everything. My rug always come home looking brand new and smelling amazeballs every time and I've had it for 4 years. This was our first time using this company. We received excellent service. I made an online appointment which was promptly confirmed, followed by a call to give an estimate. We're a stickler for prompt communication with responses. All the way through the process, communication was A+. Ivan arrived promptly and did an EXCELLENT job in cleaning our carpets. 5 stars is not enough! My only regret is not taking a before picture so that you can see the wonderful job Ivan did. He was very professional and respectful from the time we first spoke to set up an appointment and worked with me to schedule at a convenient time. Very fast and efficient. The carpet and couch look amazing and smell great. He was able to get rid of some stains that I thought were permanent!
