I can’t recommend Shay highly enough. We had a situation on Friday and needed a locksmith that day. He showed up and fixed the lock and did not try to just sell us a new one that we did not need. When we need a new lock we will definitely use him. He was very personable and customer oriented.
Shay was like Billy Ocean; Simply Awesome. Our lock to our community broke at 5pm EST, and Shay came out to address it same evening. Our gate keeps our family safe — and he understood that. In a situation where we could have been taken advantage of, Shay was honest, real, and helped us. He fixed our lock — and explained what happened. Our community was grateful. You can trust Shay to do well and right.
