At the most difficult time, making funeral arrangements are tough and we are at our most vulnerable, emotionally. I've read some reviews about this business and I'm sorry things did not go as well as you deserved. My beloved would have been very pleased at the quality of her services at AFFH. Hope Cannon was friendly, effective, and accommodating throughout the planning process and through the service. The funeral service team was excellent. The bad: There were some issues of discourtesy with the receptionist early in the process (name unknown) so I'm reducing my rating by one star. But, all in all, we were pleased.
