I had to be towed from a parking lot when my car wouldn’t reverse. Steve was professional, patient, friendly, and compassionate which is often taken for granted these days. He communicated well with when he could come and when he was coming. He accepts cash, cash app and Venmo.

I needed a tow at 6 a.m. on a Monday morning. I called Advocate Towing and they did an amazing job. From the initial phone call, to the promptness of their arrival. They were very professional, and they have fair rates. I hope to not need the service again, but I will look fw to calling them if/when myself or anyone in my family needs a tow. They could not have handled this any better. Overall great experience! Thanks Steve!
