Went to this salon for a simple trim and while getting my hair washed the female who was washing my hair tells me, 'I'm going to let the shampoo sit on your hair for a minute and puts a cap over my hair. She then goes over to the other sink and starts shampooing another person. Ten mins later she comes back to rinse the " shampoo" out of my hair and it smelled a little different. My hair has been virgin since I was a little girl. I never asked for any chemical alterations to my hair just a trim. Would've given this place a 1 but my hairstylist Ericka was great. I had a 5:30pm appointment, came on time, and waited until 6:15pm to get started. Ericka was working on 2 other women at the same time. I ended up leaving at 8:45pm. I spent 3+ hours in the salon for something that should've taken MAX 1.5 hours (wash + blow dry). Ericka was really nice and apologetic at the end, but I would never come back here again. There is no reason why you should have 3 people booked in the same time slot. If you have all day and night to wait, then this is your place!

You gotta sit with Ericka she is beautiful talented intelligent and well skilled in her craft! From beginning to end she made me feel secure and as if I was one of her regular clients. I was In town visiting from California and came to see her on my 2nd day my hair lasted so long my curls for my extensions never dropped! I spent time between jersey Philly and New York with the snow for a week then Vegas for 2 days my curls ended with the perfect beach wave! Long story short sit in that lady chair!
