I've been here twice with different stylists and loved both times I went. The first time, immediately after I went to pick up shampoo at a Sephora for the first time and the salesperson told me they used to be a hairstylist and had to know what I did with my hair because it looked fantastic and super healthy.The second time I went, the person noticed my hair seemed really dry and suggested a treatment in addition (did not try to upsell, I really did need it and it was like an extra $15). Got full highlights, a haircut, and a deep conditioning treatment. Olga did an AMAZING job!! She is so knowledgeable. All of the staff were super friendly and kind. I just moved to the city this week and decided to try 21M Salon out. So glad I did! New go-to hair salon.Services: Blowouts

I had such an great experience at M21 Salon last weekend! Everyone is personable and very knowledgeable about what they are doing. I’ve been to several different hair salons after moving to Philadelphia & this is the only salon I’ve been to where I can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend!!Services: Haircut
