They are a great cleaners, the only flaws they have are the fact that their store phone number just stop working like it’s disconnected or something, and the time on google for time of closing for the day is not accurate, they be closing early.

Closed before posted hours. Closing at 6pm is hard enough for working professionals to make after a full day. It's frustrating to rush out of work to pick up an outfit needed the following day to only find the store closed early.

My husband took his suit pants to get shorten and they did a horrible job. When we got it back, the pants wasn't ironed and they did it all wrong. There were no zig zag stitch or sterger to secure the raw edges. She literally just sewed it which I could have done with my sewing machine but we need it professionally hemmed for an expensive suit pants. We had great experience before for our alterations but not this time. Also chalk marks was on the pants.

Great dry cleaners! I am always greeted by name even though I am not a weekly customer. I feel welcomed as if I were in a small town not in a major city. The service is professional, dependable and of high quality.

Adams Fabric Care did an amazing job!! They are dependable, reliable, and took amazing care of all of our professional clothing, dresses, sweaters, designer clothing, and winter coats at a great price. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone for alterations, dry cleaning, and any other service.

The worst place ever- They just take your money and never clean your clothes. My Cotten jacket smelled awful when they delivered it and never got cleaned. I went back two times! Never refunded my money and never cleaned my jacket. The lady that works there has a zero customer service, she just yells at you all the time. Awful and dirty place.

Worst Experience Possible. Avoid at all cost. I took a brand new - straight from the store Michael Kors dress shirt to be pressed. When I picked it up it had three black stains on it, one very large down the middle. This had obviously been noticed as there was tissue particle all over it, yet they bag it and tried to pawn it off. I got home and had to bring it back in. The owner- who is in the picture above first said it was already there and denied that the shirt was indeed brand new. One of the ladies there corrected him that it was new on arrival. He then proceeded with about 5 different excuses all avoiding any responsibility. Never once did he simply apologize. I provided him with the receipt of purchase and asked that he refund the purchase account and the shirt was his. He refused and proceeded again to avoid any responsibility and again with the excises including blaming the person'/service that actually caused the damage. I tried reasoning and let him know that it wasn't worth the future loss of business to simply not do the right thing. Please be warned of the character and business practices of Adams Cleaners.

I'm a regular customer at this place - my shirts and pants are always returned perfectly pressed, and I've never had a problem with wear & tear. Highly recommend
