    I can’t say enough good things about Action Karate, especially when it comes to their inclusiveness and support for neurodivergent kids. I have a 6 year old son and starting new things like karate can sometimes feel overwhelming for him. From day one, the staff and kids at Action Karate made him feel welcome, seen, and supported. Mr. Litton has been incredible. He took the time to understand my son’s individual needs and gave him individual sessions that really helped build his confidence before joining the group classes.     The best decision I could have made was enrolling my son at Action Karate Parkwood. He absolutely loves it. The teachers are wonderful. My son was having some behavioral problems and we have seen big improvements. The class teaches him structure, listening and discipline. He became more confident. Plus he has a lot of fun.

    I can’t even put into words how much Action Karate Parkwood has done for my son and family, but I’ll do my best! Honestly they have changed us all for the better in big ways. My husband and I were actually blessed with our 9yr old son through foster care and we struggled for a long time finding a place with people who treated him with the care and understanding that his past life and trauma needed.
