I have been a patient for a few years and never had an issue. Yes I agree it takes forever to be seen. I love when my doc will say that I need to be seen right away but the receptionist will say ok 4 months. It makes me laugh . If I'm not in pain, it's not a big deal for me. By the time my appointment comes around, I can't remember why I'm being seen lol.My teen had a bad experience when she was around 6 with a children's dental group. They truly were horrible but bc of her insurance at the time, we were stuck. Visits would take forever. I love this dentist office! we just had to fillings done for my daughter and no numbing required! we were in and out fast. super cautious because of Covid but still some of the best dental work and experience we ever had! thank you!!
