“I have been a patient for a few years and never had an issue. Yes I agree it takes forever to be seen. I love when my doc will say that I need to be seen right away but the receptionist will say ok 4 months. It makes me laugh . If I'm not in pain, it's not a big deal for me. By the time my appointment comes around, I can't remember why I'm being seen lol.My teen had a bad experience when she was around 6 with a children's dental group. They truly were horrible but bc of her insurance at the time, we were stuck. Visits would take forever. As she aged, they would yell at her and tell her to stop acting fearful etc. That she was too old to act the way she did. Maybe true, but yelling wasn't the solution. They never suggested benadryl prior to the visit.This practice, 1000 times better. They have been patient, kind and understanding. The doc is wonderful with her and we are so happy to have found her.Yes, it does take forever to be seen but for us, it's worth the wait.“

“I've always had a dental phobia due to the many bad experiences I've had with dentist's in the pastI wanted to change some old fillings not necessary but I wanted to change them.. so I went to one of the chain Dental offices ?and the dentist convinced me to have my teeth pulled out in the back.I figured at my age I would just go ahead and get dentures as it turns out I was not comfortable with dentures they didn't fit properly were cutting my gums they were adjusted several times to no avail. I went to other dentists to try to get them replaced or repaired to no avail One day in my frustration I googled dentists in Lehigh valley and reluctantly I chose Center valley DentalI had no choice but to call and make an appointment because I had no back teeth and I was chewing on my front teeth for over a year causing damage to them.I'm so happy I made that appointment!I am forever grateful to Dr. Matt, Samantha and the rest of the staff at center valley dental.The office is immaculate the staff is compassionate, caring, kind and considerate of their patients.It turned out I had to have a sinus lift a bone graft and several implants! Me, the person who was petrified of the dentist!Well Dr. Matt made me so comfortable my experience was a welcoming one he and Samantha are an amazing teamI was very nervous and I was made very comfortable throughout the process. Fast-forward, here I am six implants later and I never experienced any pain not even during my recovery process!I thought I would have pain, swelling, discomfort absolutely none of that. “My family and I absolutely love Smile Garden. The atmosphere is very fun and engaging for my children and is also very clean and well maintained. Dr. Anna and Dr. Kyle as well as their staff are phenomenal. They are great with my kids and extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. I love that I am allowed to go back into the room with my children during exams, which not all dental offices allow. They provide a TV right above your child for him/her to watch while they get dental work completed which really helps to keep them distracted. My daughter has had 2 fillings completed here and did not even notice when needles were being pushed into her gums because of how well trained Dr. Anna and her staff are. I drive out of my way, about an hour to get here just because of how amazing they are. They also called me after both fillings were completed to follow up and make sure my daughter was doing ok. The customer service here cannot be matched. HIGHLY recommended!“

“I was a first time patient. I had a short (5 minute) wait in lobby and spoke with a man who has had this dentist for 40 years. That made me less nervous. I was greeted with a welcome and warm smiles. The care that was provided was caring , gentle and the treatment plan was appropriate and reasonable. There was no pushing for unnecessary treatments . My hygienist is very experienced ( I had her at a different office and was so glad to learn she would be caring for me again. I highly recommend this office .“

“Quakertown Family Dental is wonderful and their customer service is top notch . I called at the last minute to get my son in & Jacki was amazing. She did everything to accommodate our schedule. She was so polite , helpful and worked with us. She really was so wonderful to work with and talk to. Honestly it was like talking to family and truly isn’t that how you wnat to feel when dealing with a medical issue. I appreciate her help very much.“
