Ross is a pleasure to work for and very knowledgeable. His reports are easy to read with have all the information needed to make an educated decision. Would recommend him to anyone who needs a home inspection.

Ross was recommended to us by our realtor and we are so glad we went with him. Firstly he was at the home even earlier then we were. He was extremely thorough inspecting everything. He went room to room testing each and every single electrical outlet, opening and closing all of the windows. Took pictures and documented everything. We are first time home buyers and he was extremely patient with us. He is an incredible wealth of knowledge and information regarding all facets of a home. He really helped quell a lot of concerns that we had in regards to buying an older home.
