Erik was very thorough and professional during the inspection. He was very helpful to my client who is a first-time home buyer. He made many helpful suggestions on what the buyer should do upon moving into his new home. He also went as far as to show him how to change the filters. My client was very impressed with the service that was provided to him, and it gave him a sense of security moving forward. Thank you, Erik for your exemplary service. I will continue to recommend you all my clients!

Eric was so knowledgeable, personable, and thorough in his inspection for my clients. There was quite a lot that came up in the report and while he didn't downplay the issues, he also didn't make a huge deal out of them - the buyers left the inspection cautious but optimistic, which is the best thing any agent can ask for.
