And lastly the crew that came to do the job was on-time, and clearly knew what they were doing so I was at ease letting someone do a major project on my home, they tarped the area for tear down, and I saw them cleaning up multiple times, using a magnet for nails, after they left I found no trash or nails and everything looked great.
