After the severe storms this weekend, we discovered a leak in our living room. I reached out to Revival Home Improvements, and Jim Krier responded incredibly quickly. He came out within hours, identified the source of the leak, and made an emergency repair to prevent any additional water damage.
Jim took the time to explain what had happened and what he had done to address it. We were very impressed with his responsiveness, professionalism, and willingness to help. When we need roofing or exterior work in the future, Revival Home Improvements will continue to be the company we call.
Revival replaced our roof some years ago and did a fantastic job. Being elderly I don’t recall if I gave a review but I’m making up for it now if I didn’t because a minor issue came up with a seam and Jim and Laura sent a very polite, professional repairman out next day and took care of it. Revival is a professional, caring, great customer service company, I highly recommend!
