“I have 2 words for you: Shane Foisy.I have spent 10+ years unsatisfied with the massages I've received until I met Shane. Don't get me wrong, I've left feeling relaxed… sure.. but unsatisfied because the knots in my muscles were still there with very little relief from my pain for only a short amount of time. But Shane has changed all of that. I see him for a 2 hour deep tissue session as often as I can go.When I first started seeing him I was dealing with numbness down my arms, hip impingement and pain in my upper back. Everything in my body was screaming for a stiff elbow and a lot of gumption.I found myself on The Muscle Therapy Massage Center's website booking with Shane and I am so incredibly grateful I did.After my first visit, my hip impingement disappeared, my range of motion and the strength in my hips improved greatly, my arms felt relief for the first time in YEARS and the work he does on my back is everything right with the world.My next appointment is tomorrow and he's going to focus on the mess in my neck and shoulders. I simply can't wait.There aren't enough stars. Or accolades. This man gave me my life back.“

“I’ve had the misfortune of needing physical therapy for various issues on five occasions with five different PT clinics in the last ten years. My most recent experience has been with Total Performance Physical Therapy in East Norriton following severe complications from hip surgery. The services by TPPT have been by far the best PT experience I have had to date. I entered their care with extreme hip/leg/knee pain and unable to walk without the aid of a walker during the prior two months. After three weeks of aqua therapy, the pain was significantly reduced so that I could switch from the walker to a cane and begin to focus on strengthening muscles around the hip area with more traditional exercises on the floor, mat or equipment. I can now walk short distances without a cane and getting close to eliminating it entirely. I’ve come a very long way from my first evaluation by TPPT and I can’t thank Dr. Casey enough for the care and expertise she has provided. Dr. Casey, with contributions by Dr. Cait, have done an outstanding job in improving my physical and mental health. I am so glad I found TPPT to get me through the worst physical issues I’ve ever had to deal with.“
