Johnathan and Kendall came the same night after completing another job I was told and did their assessment Johnathan was extremely professional and compassionate . He began the work right away. We were kept in the loop every step of the way which put us at ease. Every time I went down to check how things were going although I only saw Johnathan every time I checked he was always hard at work making sure to complete the job just in time before we left just to get away for a few days. Aftermath is extremely fortunate to have Johnathan on staff with the passion he showed to help us begin the grieving process I can’t thank him enough. If I ever come across someone that needs this type of work done I will recommend Aftermath but especially recommend Johnathan to complete the work with his very professional demeanor and especially the compassion he has. “This company is exceptional. Joe, the owner, spent hours inspecting and testing our home, and his knowledge of mold and moisture problems is truly expert‑level. He identified issues we never would have found on our own.
They completed a full remediation in our basement and installed a heavy‑duty dehumidifier. After a voltage problem in our home affected the unit, Joe came back personally to get it working again. That kind of dedication is hard to find.

The couch is about 10-11 years old and it is probably on its last legs, but I want it to stay nice for as long as possible so it was time to get it cleaned. I decided to try Target Carpet Care. It was easy to set up an appointment over the phone and he also had availability right away.
He was polite, on time, and professional. He set up, gave me an estimate, and began working on the couch. It was really fast, and now my couch smells really nice and even though it is still wet (he left about 10 minutes before I started writing this review) it looks really good!
I paid by check, but he also takes cash, and credit card. I didn't ask if he did Zelle. A little pricey, but worth it for the service and clean couch. I recommend this business for upholstery cleaning“
