We had flood damage from a waterline leaking into the refrigerator. The two men, Chris Reed and Carl, that came here were absolutely amazing. Not only did they clean everything up, but they calmed our nerves throughout the entire situation. They were polite. They were hard-working, professional, and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and to complete the job in our home that was above our level of satisfaction. Their level of workmanship was phenomenal. And afterwards they cleaned everything. Excellent job!!
ServPro came out on July 3 when lots of people had off for the holiday. They stayed at my mom's house for 4.5 hours to remediate a flood due to a broken water line. Chris Reed and his team were fantastic to work with.
SERVPRO came to my rescue when I needed immediate help. Cody and Justin were very professional cleaning up after a water leak from my AC. They tore out celing and wall board from one of the bedrooms with no mess left behind. Next step will be an estimate for repairing the damaged areas.
