Joe and his team did a phenomenal job. I called with an issue first thing Monday morning and Joe was on site the very next day, and I had results on Wednesday. Joe is the owner of the company and he was my main point of contact. He was very responsive and informative. When you call there is no talking to machines or waiting days for a call back. I cannot say enough good things about Air Care and how they treated me. They will be for sure be first call every time.
Had a great experience working with Joe. He was able to help me out in a pinch and provided a thorough, clear, and well grounded perspective on our property. Would highly recommend and would absolutely use again.
We discovered some mold in our bathroom and Air Care really helped us out. Joe did our inspection and was extremely thorough and took the time to explain everything to us and help us understand our options. Andrew did the work to remove the damaged wood and get everything put back together. He was very professional and respectful of our house. Jessica in the office made sure we were informed along the way and was so helpful answering all of our questions. We highly recommend them.
