He makes exercising something I truly look forward to and the results have been amazing. I feel stronger than I ever have. You can’t get this at a just any gym and I feel so lucky to have found APX. I've been training at APX Fitness for almost 3 years and can't say enough good things about my experience. As a busy professional, I was looking for personalized 1:1 training and nutritional counseling in a private gym; not cookie cutter, generic information. I've been training with Shaun 2-3 times/week and always feel supported, challenged and encouraged in every session.

I have been training with Lauren at APX for about 6 months. I enjoy the workouts since we do something different every week. I feel I have become stronger and healthier. I like the individual attention, so that I know that I am doing the exercises correctly.
