I booked an appointment with Safaya for a wash, straighten, and trim and it came out STUNNING! The shine, the trim, the flip in my hair.. all of it I was in love with! I couldn’t have been happier with the service. Safaya was efficient, fairly priced, and talented. Truly didn’t think my hair could look as nice as it did, she worked magic. It’s been 2 weeks and my hair has held up straightness. 10/10! Super pleased!

I got a sew-in and it looks magnificent, i was literally falling asleep in her chair, really gentle hands, and she takes her time. Ladies if your looking for a new spot this is a place to go. Btw i don't lie for nobody, so swing pass.

My hair looks great but the wait time was less to be desired. My hair was washed 30min after arrival (not too bad), hair blow dryed and styled an hour after being washed. So I sat with wet hair for almost an hour. The stylist also kept stopping to talk and work on her phone in the midst of doing my hair. ? Shop is clean and the staff is nice, but how things are ran could be improved on.
