Ommi, the braider, was exceptional. Personable and fast. Braids lasted a long time. Usually have slippage due to fine hair, but it was minimal. Very gentle and didn't take breaks.

The lady started my hair 30-45 minutes after my schedule appointment. She didn't braid my hair like the picture I presented. She decided to part my hair the way she wanted and took an hour to part my hair asking me to double check the parts. She asked me multiple time short or long and I repeatedly gave my answer. She was rough and I had to direct her to put gel on my braids and put me under the dryer, the dryer that she did not preheat. The lady also held side conversation while attempting to speak to me in a rude manner. I was unsure at time if she was talking to me or someone else.
