Pat is the man. We moved into a bit of a nightmare house (hot water heater needed replacement, new stove line, new water line for dishwasher and fridge) and Pat was able to handle it all incredibly quickly. This has been a really tough situation, but thankfully Pat has made it as best as it could be with his awesome attitude, cool demeanor, and hard work. Highly recommend.
Pat installed a new radiator for me last fall, his work has been great and he kept everything clean with fair price
