“This place is SO amazing! Our groomer, Jenna, does such a great job! I asked for a “puppy” haircut for our miniature schnauzer but said I still wanted her to have a little beard and eyebrows. She did such a great job and my husband and I keep looking at her and saying how cute she looks since her appointment! Our dog can be VERY temperamental, and I struggle to cut her nails at home. Jenna is able to cut and file her nails and is patient with her and gives her such a great haircut every time! Thank you so much to Jenna and her team! Couldn’t recommend this place more!“

“Hi … long review but please read it to end…here to recommend Malvern Grooms for all your pets grooming needs, they are very professional, attentive, kind, and gentle . I have a one year old shih tzu that we use to groom at home, but one day he dashed out of our front door and was struck by a car! He had a long recovery. Due to his injuries, he had to be crated for 12 weeks, only out for potty, food, and minimal walking. He was in a lot of pain so with all he went through in the hospital stay, and the actual accident, he did not want to be handled and definitely NOT comb. He was VERY matted. That’s where Malvern grooms came into play. He was taken there and I explained my concerns and the accident, I was reassured that they would care for him with LOVE. At pick up I was excited and nervous to hear how it had gone. “He was a great boy!” I was told, as his groomer hugged and kissed on him♥️♥️♥️ my heart was happy and he was happy!! For his next groom I went somewhere else closer to coatesville were I live, absolutely worst tthing I could of done, at drop of things seemed ok, but at pick up the groomers first words to me were “ he needs obedience school! He tried to bite!”
I looked at my dog and instantly my gut was in knots. A bad feeling came over me… and he was half groomed…
? so from now on, no matter the drive or cost, we will be using Malvern grooms!

“Everyone is warm, helpful and engaging. The doc is incredibly thorough and confirms that you understand everything he is explaining. He is willing to modify any treatment that you are not comfortable with, but is clear what his preferential treatment is. He and his techs keep you cost updated as you go, which is incredibly helpful. The visit is followed up with a complete summary via email, and any questions you have can be texted or emailed in return. A follow up visit is scheduled, and everyone is accessible anytime that you have questions. Highly recommend!!!“

While most vets would charge you a fortune or even refuse service, she didn't. Her staff is absolutely wonderful! All very kind, good hearted, hilarious women. “A few months ago my mom and I adopted a 3 month old havanese puppy. After the first month and seeing how fast his hair grew I wanted to get him groomed. I went back and forth between a handful of places and landed on Scrub A Pup Pup. I took him to see Allison because a family friend had recommended her to us. She did an amazing job on him, and even gave us helpful tips to get him used to the groomers and the tools they'd be using. They truly are amazing!!“

“This place is phenomenal, I was in and out in less than 5 minutes with my cats nail trim. And he is a polydactyl and they handled him with such care and efficiency. They were so good with him my cat didn’t even hide when we came back to the house! Everyone there is as nice as can be and they take extra steps to make sure everyone and everything is safe!
I will absolutely be returning here and recommending anyone who needs a quick nail trim or groom to come here and feel the experience!!

“The people are really great here. They're very enthusiastic to see my dogs. They play with them all day and my dogs just can't wait to go back when I get into the parking lot. They're just shaking and wagging ready to go back. Can't send them everyday but I would if I could. They get a ton of socialization and you can tell that the people that work there are real dog lovers.“

“Verien has been cutting my girls hair for a few years now. I am so thankful I found him....there is honestly no one more kind and compassionate. He genuinely loves my dogs which eases my mind whenever I drop them off. I know they will always get a CONSISTENTLY great haircut and be cared for and loved on the whole time. To get both my girls done is usually only like 2 hours unlike most places I used to go to where they would keep them ALL day which I hated. Parking is fantastic, pricing is fantastic and it's just an all around great place.“
