Planet Chi Salon
“This is a fantastic salon located in New Kensington. I have searched for years for a stylist that could cut shirt hair cuts. Well, I found that person at Planet Chi. There is a fantastic, talented, sweet stylist there and her name is Tarra. She cut my hair to perfection and added highlights that were exactly what I asked for. The whole time being the sweetest, kindest, young woman. And, the owners Chi and Daniel are super sweet and talented as well. Please give this amazing business a try.”
