I absolutely recommend Planet Chi!I’ve been going there for a while now. Dan and Chi are so friendly and great people! I sincerely appreciate the time, care and attention to detail Dan gives when cutting hair. He’s had a lot of training and years of experience. A very different experience, indeed. Staff very friendly. Learned a Lot about this enterprise. Did not know coloring my hair would be a 3 hour process !I can barely sit through 1 hour !After 1:30 hours, I had to eat something, and left.I regret to say I am not sure I can do this to the fullest !I'll see how the color holds as is, and maybe ... I'll return.

I have been a very satisfied client of Daniel's for over 8 years. His creativity, skills and attention to detail are second to none! Before Daniel started to cut my hair, I was a long-time client of a salon in Shadyside, even though I lived in Lower Burrell at the time. Planet Chi Salon is the only Aveda Concept Salon in the A-K Valley to meet Aveda's highest standards. As a family-owned business, they treat their customers with the respect and friendliness that small town people like me expect and appreciate.
