I went in with an inspiration photo for a jade marble and gold-themed set, and even though I forgot to get my nail technician's name, he did an incredible job. Honestly, I think my nails turned out even better than the inspiration photo. I also got the middle-tier pedicure, and it was such a relaxing experience. The hot towels were one of my favorite parts and made it feel extra luxurious. Louis did my pedicure, and he was amazing. He was so friendly and welcoming. I'm usually pretty reserved and quiet, but he made conversation feel effortless. We ended up having a genuinely interesting and intellectual conversation, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend.
