I've been going here for years but I won't anymore! The other day I called to set an emergency appointment because both of my eyes keep getting an infection in it; sounds like an emergency doesn't it? The lady on the phone tried to set me an appointment for late June. When I asked about scheduling an \\\"emergency\\\" visit she tried to send me to Monroeville and some other office somewhere in Pittsburgh. I've been loyal to this place since 1996 where's my loyalty in return when I have an emergency? They can't and won't get another dime from me or my insurance.
