Thank you, Erin, Dr. Emerson and all the staff for providing such excellent care. Erin has the right combination of being warm and friendly and both efficient and thorough, explaining every step of the way and providing a clear and detailed recommendation/plan, including a breakdown of insurance coverage and my out of pocket costs. I also like that Erin specifically scheduled my next visits with her, so there is familiarity and continuity in care. Dr. Emerson, likewise, is always friendly, engaging, thorough and careful. The positive workplace culture and excellent customer/patient-oriented care is evident throughout. Highly recommend.
