I have been a patient for the last 4 years, and I've had a good experience every visit. The entire team is kind, friendly, welcoming, professional and very competent. I've appreciated their time management. I usually see the hygienist or doctor near my appointment time.
I cannot thank the staff any more for their level of professionalism and kindness to someone who greatly fears visiting the dentist. Having had bad past experiences, i was more than terrified to arrive requiring an extraction. Sadly due to insurance issues o was unable to have the procedure performed which is so disheartening knowing that the people I saw today made me so comfortable and ready to undergo the procedure I so greatly feared. I only hope that I can resolve my insurance issues and return soon.
Amazing bedside manner. Dr makes sure you are numb before starting and checks in frequently friendly to make sure you’re not experiencing any pain. All staff is friendly, understanding, compassionate, honest, and supportive. Direct but kind communication. Highly recommended. Financing staff is also very helpful, try to work with you on payment, many options and discounts available if you don’t have insurance. 10/10.
