“I wish every contractor/service was this easy to deal with. Everything went incredibly smoothly from start to finish. I feel like I barely had to think or stress about anything. The quality of the work is great as well.. I was impressed how they got the coating into every little nook, even under the drywall lip where the concrete extends for another inch or so even though it will be covered by baseboard. The coating completely transformed the look of our garage from the grimy looking floor that used to be into a nice usable space. Their pricing was reasonable and in line with every other quote I got. “I would like to thank everyone at Kirby's for helping me with multiple problems that a contractor caused and did not try to help me solve. From the first lady I met, to the person who made the phone call to find out when the screws I needed would be in and how much they would cost, to the person who called to find out where I could get the correct post wrapping and the cost, to the person who told me what board I needed and then cut it for me to fit my small truck, carried it out and carefully and tightly lashed it in , so it wouldn't move and to anyone else I forgot, a great big thank you. These are all things that the contractor should have done and did not do, after taking my money. Everyone there genuinely cared about my problem, could see I was stressed, as I am not a contractor and I needed expert advice in order to get these problems fixed. It was a very expensive job, done badly and without their expert advice and help, I could not have had the information and supplies I needed to find a reputable person to fix all the problems. They really embody the spirit of team work and when they said they would call me when the screws arrived they did and the board was cut and ready to go. They are my new go to for all home supplies, as sure sometime down the road I will need windows, etc. They are more than knowledgeable and helpful. They are genuine good, friendly people and it's so refreshing in this world where businesses often act like they don't care or are doing you a favor.
Even though I am not a contractor, I was treated like an intelligent person, which I sometimes do not encounter as a woman in the trades businesses. That was a plus. Thank you for all your help.“

We originally had Susquehanna Flooring apply LVP flooring and some subflooring corrections a couple of yrs ago and they did such a great job we contacted them again. This time we spoke to Dan about applying Carpet in our bedroom and steps, along with LVP flooring in our hallways.. DAN is such a great communicator, he was able to provide us with suggestions and corrections to our project. Robert came to do the subflooring and LVP he did a phenomenal job and was very personable.. Sun also came to help with the flooring and prep for the carpeting . Lastly Jeremy came to apply the Carpeting and did a great job as well. We are very appreciative of the project completed and the business of Susquehanna Flooring Co. We would HIGHLY recommend them as contractor for your home.. My only hopes is that this business gets wide recognition, prospers, and keeps their affordable pricing, great tradesmen work , and personable customer service.
