The process from start to finish was not without its hiccups, but Thaddeus/Katalina/Tardelly made sure all of our questions/concerns were satisfactorily addressed.
The installers were very courteous and professional. Though they couldn’t speak English fluently, they made sure they understood and answered our questions. The only item that I would like to see improved would be their clean-up. But we also requested a special layout downstairs – had it installed at a 45-degree angle, and they nailed it!
We receive very high compliments from everyone who sees the floorz – including other contractors.

“These guys did absolutely incredible work to restore 130 year old pine floors that were in really rough shape. I can't believe how well they turned out. The only issue I ran into was with scheduling, they didn't get out until 3 weeks after the date the gave me and since we did the whole house it was a bit difficult to have everything out without knowing when they'd come. But wow, the results were just so worth everything. I really didn't even know if the floor would be able to be finished and they did so well, and for a really good price. Great work“

“This 500+ square foot Maple floor was factory finished and installed in our new home in 2006. With two medium size dogs in the home the floor had become severely scratched even though the factory finish was “guaranteed”. Although it took several tries, we finally found a stain color that worked for us. Derrick did an amazing job sanding off the old finish and then staining and sealing with Bona Traffic HD. We were pleasantly surprised that the solution is almost odorless. We had very minimal cleanup when Derrick was finished, and our home was virtually dust free. The job took a full week; and we did not walk on it for a few extra days to allow the Bona Traffic HD to properly cure. We are finding that the floor looks better than new, and after 3 weeks there’s not a mark or scratch on the floor.“
