The only issue I ran into was with scheduling, they didn't get out until 3 weeks after the date the gave me and since we did the whole house it was a bit difficult to have everything out without knowing when they'd come. “This 500+ square foot Maple floor was factory finished and installed in our new home in 2006. With two medium size dogs in the home the floor had become severely scratched even though the factory finish was “guaranteed”. Although it took several tries, we finally found a stain color that worked for us. Derrick did an amazing job sanding off the old finish and then staining and sealing with Bona Traffic HD. We were pleasantly surprised that the solution is almost odorless. We had very minimal cleanup when Derrick was finished, and our home was virtually dust free. The job took a full week; and we did not walk on it for a few extra days to allow the Bona Traffic HD to properly cure. We are finding that the floor looks better than new, and after 3 weeks there’s not a mark or scratch on the floor.“
