My Whirlpool microwave oven was up and running efficiently and safely in a short period of time because the repairman demonstrated technical proficiency, excellent problem-solving abilities, and paid attention to detail. He provided exceptional customer service. I am a happy customer of Sears’s Home Services.

It was great the technician came out, but the parts for the repair was way over priced, the same parts from the manufacturer were significantly cheaper than the price they wanted for the same exact part from them. I get the company needs to make money but over charging for the parts is not the way. But the technician was very nice and helpful and gave us recommendations. But overall we did not get the repair from sears appliance repair services because of the insane price to fix the oven. We just paid for the come out and look at the oven price.

My washer had been leaking and the technician found where he thought it was leaking. After ordered parts arrived new technician came to install them. Unfortunately there was still a leak somewhere but he took his time and finally found the leak. I was so happy that he was conscious enough to keep looking when he had already replaced the parts. All in all a good experience!
