We opted to visit Rashid's yesterday based on what we read on their website. Family-owned with a focus on retail, along with repair and cleaning. We were in search of a rug for our living room. The third generation owner, Jerome, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. We looked at a couple dozen rugs from Iran, Pakistan, India, China, and Afghanistan. We did this after Jerome explained how the rugs were made on the display loom. He was incredibly patient as we slowly eliminated rugs to a final two, and decided to buy both.
