“I’d previously been referred to a different endodontist for pain in my molar. That doctor wasn’t confident he would be able to do a route canal to treat the pain I was having. He said my tooth was very complex and it wasn’t guaranteed that he could get the entire root. I then went to an oral surgeon and they suggested an extraction. I wanted to wait to see if the pain got better before I started down that path. Finally, I went to see Dr. Dave at College Hill Dental. He did a thorough examination and listened to my concerns. Dr. Dave was excellent in his assessment and was confident that we could get this root canal done. A few days later, I came back for my root canal. Though I was super anxious, they made me as comfortable as possible and let me take breaks. I also have a very hard time getting numb but Dr Dave was very understanding and patient as he made sure I was comfortable. The procedure wasn’t nearly as horrible as I anticipated. The technology and scans they use to make sure things are done properly are very advanced and gave me confidence that my care was as thorough as possible. They did a crown on my tooth right away, too! No waiting necessary. Overall, I had a great experience at College Hill Dental. They really are a one stop shop for all of your dental needs. From the front desk, to the assistants, to Dr. Dave, everyone was kind and professional. I can’t say enough good things about this office.“

“First time at this office and I get panic stricken once I sit in the seat! Felt very comfortable with my hygienist, Jessica , who did a wonderful job in my teeth cleaning! Girls at the front desk were also very helpful upon filling out the rest of my forms! Karla was at another location but her other Dr associate was there and she answered any questions I had which was very minor! But all and I all I’m glad this office was recommended to me!! “From the moment we walked in we were greeted by your friendly desk clerk. We were called back and everything was explained very clearly by the nurse, dentist, anesthesiologist, and the operating room nurse. The communication was very clear. We appreciated that so much. One thing the dentist said that immediately calmed my nerves was that he had children and he would treat my daughter as his own. That meant so much to us as parents! Dr. McGuire thank you for treating our child with so much respect and having wonderful bedside manner! I would have given 5 stars but I do have to give some feedback for improvement. Post op was okay, I do think you could use improvement on how you make patients feel rushed out the door. The post op nurse was very friendly and explained we could take our time and that she would be crying and cranky afterwards. He told us it would take around 30 min for her to start waking up more. He then said she could get dressed whenever and to call if we needed him. He came back within 5 min and asked how she was doing and I had explained not well yet, and he proceeded to ask if we started to get her dressed. I asked if I should and he said yes…. I felt rushed at this point. He then walked out and was back again in 5 min asking how it was going. I explained it was going okay and he said we could go home after explaining we could take our time. This part was okay, I just felt bad for my daughter and felt her recovery was a little rushed. Overall, I would highly recommend them. They were wonderful and they deserve to know that!“

“I have been visiting Dr Birmbaums office for several years. He and his staff are top notch and he truly takes an interest in my pains and needs. Always a comforting approach with the patients. I had went through some RL challenges over last couple of years after we had setup a game plan for repairs . I have suffered for it and am looking forward to Dr Birmbaum and his staff getting me back on the path for recovery.“

After passing out and fracturing my tooth 4 months ago, I have had countless visits and spent thousands of dollars for no one to listen to me or seem to be able to find the problem. Dr. Archible was not only kind, taking the time to truly listen, but he was able to figure out what was going on within a few minutes. I truly cannot recommend this place enough!“

“I contacted Dr. Krutsick for my sleep apnea airway device. He took the time to go over everything in detail, including the cost… And then took care of submitting it to insurance for me. Very few dentists deal with insurance companies anymore for this particular service. He definitely cares more about patients than making money… His attention to detail, and his care and concern for patient satisfaction and comfort is second to none. I certainly know that I chose the right doctor.“

“I had my consultation yesterday and Yes! I will highly recommend them to anyone who needs advice on their concerns about their teeth gums etc. Dr Yang was so pleasant and he listens to your concerns and he is honest on what treatments you need to do with your teeth. I was very nervous yesterday because when I go to other dentists they are either judgemental or in a hurry to get you out of the door or just too expensive to take your money. Not dice dental even the receptionist was very nice Melissa and the person who took my X-rays of my teeth. And it was a good thing I was seen by them because the 3 D x-ray found 2 issues with my teeth and gums which I immediately contacted my primary dentist. Thank you so much for your kindness and support I really appreciated your assistance and taking the time to listen to my concerns. And to be honest I was more concerned about my bottom teeth where Dr. Lang suggested not to be so concerned about it for now he could have told me something totally different or not care about my concerns.“

“Dr. Botchway has been my dentist for several years. She is very gentle and understanding and does a great job making the patient feel comfortable during cleanings and procedure. She accommodates my work schedule and will clean my teeth during my lunch hour-- this is an amazing benefit! Her staff is very friendly and easy to work with. Dr. Botchway makes it easier to go for check-ups when you know she will be as gentle as possible while still being thorough and complete! I would recommend this office without reservation.“
